1. Information we collect
When you submit a business inquiry, we may collect your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, target market, product preferences, project stage, project brief, referral source and campaign parameters.
2. How we use information
We use the information to evaluate your business inquiry, contact you, route the project to relevant commercial or technical teams, improve our website and understand acquisition sources.
3. Storage and access
During the initial trial phase, inquiry information may be stored in a controlled cloud spreadsheet and delivered to an authorized internal email recipient. Access should be limited to personnel involved in business development and project evaluation.
4. Sharing
We do not publish inquiry information. Information may be shared internally with relevant commercial, formulation, regulatory, quality or manufacturing teams when necessary to evaluate or execute a project.
5. Retention
Business inquiry records may be retained for follow-up, project history and legitimate business purposes. Records that are no longer required should be deleted or archived according to internal policy.
